1. How can I obtain a green card?
Through a petitioning relative that is either a U.S. Citizen or Permanent Resident, with a qualifying Visa, through Asylum, or through Cancellation of Removal.

2. When can I be eligible for citizenship?
Once you have been a U.S. Resident for at least five years (three years if you obtained your Green Card through marriage to a U.S. Citizen).

No, however you may qualify for a change of status through one of the employment visas that will make you eligible to be employed in the U.S.
