1. What is commercial litigation?
Commercial Litigation is an aspect of trial practice involving disputes between businesses or companies regarding the right to money. Commercial Litigation may be based, in any particular case, on contractual rights, rights granted by governmental statute or on alleged negligence. It is often contrasted with litigation regarding claims for damages for personal injuries and with criminal prosecution and defense litigation. 5. What type of commercial claims do you have?

Third-Party Claims
Another aspect of our legal practice is the pursuit of third party claims (in which the policyholder is sued by a party allegedly injured by the insured and seeks compensation for those losses from the defendant insured). Finizio & Finizio has represented policyholders against claims arising out of automobile policies, homeowners' policies, general liability policies, professional liability policies, health policies, and primary and excess policies.
